French fries are hard to resist but can be bad for you in so many ways....But it is possible to make fries more health-friendly! Baking instead of deep-frying is one important factor but also rubbing with some good quality olive oil.....
Salt and Black pepper
Preheat oven to 200 C (fan oven, will need a higher temperature if not using a fan oven)
Chop potatoes into finger width chunks
Rub with olive oil
Season with salt and black pepper
Put into oven dish and cook for 15 minutes
Enjoy with some tomato ketchup and a little bit of American mustard!
